SeriesBiomass Steam Boiler
The new steam boiler series is a single coil cooled with shells and pipe boilers with chain combustion equipment. The water wall on both sides of the furnace body is a radiant heat surface.
In the lower part of the kiln tubes, a new cross -arrangement technology is used. The two branches of the furnace body are convective heat surfaces and the wired smoke tube (57 x3) convective heat surface is placed in the boiler. The wall is made of heat -resistant concrete and the outside of the boiler is a three -dimensional shell.
1. Facility comfort:
The boiler is usually a fast -charging plant, easy to transport and install on site, significantly shortens the installation cycle, saves installation costs so that the boiler can be put into production in time.
2. Reliable operation:
It is reasonable with regard to the design of the heating surface, the water circulation is smooth and each heating surface is cooled in time for the boiler to function safely.
3. Maintenance and repair of convenience:
Boilers drum set up sewer, can enter inspection repair. It is convenient to op en the smoke box in front of the boiler and the staff can control it easily and clearly, giving a good condition for proper treatment.
4. Full combustion:
With secondary air and a sensible furnace design, the fuel can be fully incinerated and the black smoke can be removed.
5. High efficiency:
The boiler grill uses double -sided ventilation, which is naturally brought to the back of the boiler by means of dust abatement technology, which avoids air leakage, fuel leakage and uneven ventilation, which is easy to operate and which has obvious advantages over ordinary grates.
6. Recent ash treatment:
The boiler can be equipped with many ash cleaning loops that can remove ash in time and efficiently, avoid operating problems and reduce thermal efficiency caused by boiler ash accumulation and ensure boiler stability.
