1. Dehydration High Vacuum Intelligent Electric Thermostatic Drying Oven uses high quality A3 steel plate, coated with electrostatic powder spraying; the coat is hard and firm, with strong rust resistance.
2.The studio is made up of high quality SUS316 stainless steel plate,whitch has round shape and is smooth ,fluent and easy to clean.
3. Dehydration High Vacuum Intelligent Electric Thermostatic Drying Oven is full of superfine glass wool thermal insulation material between the box and the studio,what brings good heat preservation. That can effectively guarantee the stability and accuracy of the temperature in the box and the influence to the environment.
4. Dehydration High Vacuum Intelligent Electric Thermostatic Drying Oven has a double-layer tempered glass door , users can observe items being heated inside the machine clearly and has good heat insulation effects. The operator can avoid being burned.
5.There is a rubber sealing ring between the studio and glass door to ensure the higher vacuum.
Material of outer case The housing is processed and formed with high-quality A3 color plates through CNC machine with surface sprayed with plastics, looking smoother and more artistic;Interior material SUS316 stainless steel.
Under Vacuum condition, the boiling point of materials solution is reduced. So to a certain amount of heat transfer, it saves the evaporator heat transfer area.
Heat source for operation of evaporation can use low-pressure steam or waste heat steam.
The heat loss of the evaporator can be reduced.
Used in drying of decompose and polymerize and deterioration of heat-sensitive materials at high temperature.
Before drying can be disinfected, the drying process were not mixed with any impurities
It is a static vacuum dryer, compact solid dry material is not damaged.
