Vertical Vacuum Furnace is a new condition high temperature graphitization furnace exploited on the basic of present ultra-high temperature graphitization furnace, main applicable for graphite powder purifying and such high temperature treatment.
Vertical Vacuum Furnace Feature:
1. High working temperature, the highest temperature can reach 3000℃.
2. Can work for a long time in the range of 2600-2800℃, good temperature uniformity, long constant temperature area, low failure rate of equipment operation. The average temperature is higher than vertical graphitization furnace, conveniently operating.
3. Excellent sealing performance of furnace body, less air protection loss. All the flange and furnace cover adopt sealing strip to seal, the boiler inner of the furnace body and the flange adopt stainless steel to make, stainless and long service life. Equipping with vacuum pump using to replace the air in the furnace, short time replacing air and less air using.
Uniformity of furnace temperature:
Ultimate heating speed: 100℃/min(empty furnace, depends on the volume of high
temperature volume and the furnace hearth structure), furnace temperature
uniformity :≤±10℃,
Temperature control: process control and manual control; the accuracy of temperature control: ±1℃
Vertical Vacuum Furnace Application:
High temperature sintering of hard alloy material, high temperature treatment of battery negative material, high temperature of graphite powder, carbonization for carbon fiber, graphitization treatment of graphite negative material and grapheme; high temperature sintering of contact material, fine ceramic and high temperature element; high sintering of powder metallurgy material, tungsten carbide and such products; product of finishing sintering under N2 protection atmosphere.
