Series Double Drum Oil and Gas Fired Steam Boiler
The double steam and double steam boiler series are double drums, vertical type D layout, high speed boilers. The boiler series includes the upper and lower boiler drums, diaphragm walls, convection tubes and capacitors. The fuel is burned in the boiler and the flue gases are discharged from the convection tube to the chimney and heat extraction device. With a mechatronic structure, performance is a leader at the domestic level.
Product Features
1. Suitable for all fuels:
The stove area is large and the fuel is completely burned. It is especially suitable for low calorie fuels such as coke oven gas and blast furnace. High-calorie fuel combustion is much better, such as natural gas, liquefied gases and the like.
2. With overload capability:
The heating area is large, the furnace area is large, the production is large, and the load-bearing capacity is reliable.
3. Reasonable structure:
A front water wall is installed in front of the boiler to facilitate the placement of the burner head to ensure water levels and cooling near the burner, which helps remove carbon deposits from the burner and burn more fuel.
4. Easy to maintain:
The boiler wall is equipped with explosion-proof doors, fire holes and inspection doors, and the boiler heating pipes are fitted with transparent openings at the front and rear for easy maintenance of the boiler.
5. Reduce heat loss:
The use of thick insulating materials reduces the heat loss of the boiler and increases the thermal efficiency.
6. Long service life:
Excellent professional design, advanced production technology, rigorous inspection and quality control guarantee the quality of all boilers, the life of conventional boilers is more than 20 years.
