Product Discription
Series Pressure Horizontal Oil Fired Hot Water Boiler
series pressure horizontal oil & gas fired hot water boiler is fast loading structure, internal combustion, three-pass fire tube boiler, use wet back structure, high temperature flue gas scour second-pass and third-pass fire tubes one after another, and then discharge into atmosphere from back smoke box and condenser, chimney. Boiler equip with mobile front and back smoke box cover, convenient maintenance.
1. Reasonable design: Horizontal internal combustion three-return full wet back structure, water-in-fire design, wavy furnace gallbladder, with good expansibility. It has sufficient heating area and reasonable structure layout.
2. High efficiency and energy saving: corrugated furnace gallbladder, threaded flue gas pipe, large space combustion chamber with reasonable structure layout, in order to achieve low energy consumption. With high efficiency of heat transfer, the thermal efficiency of the boiler can reach more than 96%.
3. Production specification: Each component of the boiler is manufactured in accordance with national and international standards (ISO).
4. Large water volume: Boiler has large water volume, handling fluctuation of load and variation of peak value, so as to make the operation condition stable.
5. Longevity and durability: Professional design of boilers and strict quality control are the guarantee of the quality of every Yuji boilers. The service life of the boilers used is more than 20 years.
6. Easy maintenance: front and rear movable smoke box doors, rear inspection holes can enter the furnace for inspection and cleaning. Opening Manhole in Ontology. Head holes and hand holes, structural design fully considers future maintenance.
