Series Double Drum Oil and Gas Fired Steam Boiler
series double steam and double steam boiler is double drum, vertical type D arrangement, high speed hose boiler. The boiler series consists of an upper boiler drum and a lower boiler drum, a membrane wall, convection tube and condenser. The fuel is burned in the furnace of the boiler, the flue gas is discharged from the convection pipe into the chimney, and the waste heat recovery device. With a mechatronic structure, performance is at the leading domestic level.
Product Features
1. Applies to all types of fuels:
The area of the furnace is large and the fuel is fully burned. It is particularly suitable for low caloric value fuels such as coke oven gas and blast furnace gas. Burning high caloric value fuels is much better, such as natural gas, liquefied gas, and the like.
2. With overload capability:
The heating area is large, the furnace area is large, the output is large, and the load capacity is assured.
3. Reasonable structure:
The front water wall is placed in front of the boiler to facilitate the installation of the burner head to ensure water level and cooling near the burner, which helps to remove the burner's carbon deposit and make the fuel burn more.
4. Easy to maintain:
The boiler furnace wall is fitted with an anti-explosion door, a fireproof hole and an inspection door, and an inspection hole is arranged before and after the boiler tube to facilitate boiler maintenance.
5. Reduce heat loss:
Use thick insulation to reduce boiler heat loss and improve thermal efficiency.
6. Longevity and durability:
