Series Double Drum Oil and Gas Fired Steam Boiler
The dual boiler temperature and dual steam boiler are double drum, D-vertical arrangement, high speed boiler. Various boilers include upper and lower boiler drums, diaphragm walls, rim tubes and capacitors. Fuel is burned in the boiler, and flue gas is released from the convection pipe to the chimney and heat extraction device. With mechatronic structure, performance is at the forefront of China.
Product Features
1. Suitable for all fuels:
Large furnace area and fuel completely burned. It is ideal for low calorie fuels such as gas cookers and blast furnaces. High calorie fuels burn better, such as natural gas, liquid gas, and so on.
2. With load capacity:
The heating area is large, the furnace area is large, the output is large, and the storage capacity is reliable.
3. Reasonable structure:
The front water wall is installed in front of the boiler to facilitate the placement of the burner head to ensure water level and cooling near the burner, which helps eliminate carbon savings from burners and burn more fuel.
4. Easy to maintain:
The boiler wall is equipped with an explosive door, fire-resistant hole and inspection door. Pipe boiler heating is provided with transparent opening before and after to facilitate boiler maintenance.
5. Reduce heat loss:
The use of thick insulation reduces heat loss from the boiler and improves heat efficiency.
6. Long service life:
Excellent professional design, advanced production technology, rigorous inspection and quality control ensure the quality of all boilers. The conventional boiler service life is over 20 years.
