Use light chain grate add fuel automatically, the back of furnace is re-burning chamber, convection tubes, the tail of furnace is economizer or air preheater, equip with blower, draft fan for mechanical ventilation, and also equip with slag extractor for slagging automatically. Fuel fall down to chain grate and enter furnace for burning, the flue gas go through furnace, re-burning chamber, convection tubes, economizer or air preheater into tail flue, enter deduster, draft fan and chimney, and finally discharge into atmosphere.

Boiler grate adopts double side ventilation, which is brought naturally to the front end of boiler row by dust cleaning technology, which avoids air leakage, fuel leakage and uneven ventilation, and is easy to operate, and has obvious advantages compared with ordinary grate.
6. Convenient ash cleaning:
Many ash cleaning holes can be set up on the boiler, which can remove ash in time and effectively, avoid the trouble of operation and decrease of thermal efficiency caused by boiler ash accumulation, and ensure the stability of boiler load.
